Shop - Prices
The prices displayed on this site are in US Dollars.
Shop - Shipments of orders
Shipments take approximately 3 weeks depending on the country, from the time they are sent. It is possible to have an additional delay, especially for certain destinations such as Africa. The decks that are in Preorder will only be sent after receiving them from the printer, the deadlines are variable but will be displayed on the article on the website. These deadlines may change.
Shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight of the products. Shipping is standard or with tracking number.
You will be responsible for paying taxes and Customs duties, we have no control over these charges
Except in the circumstances mentioned in this policy, all purchases on our website are non-refundable.
There will be no refund if you change your mind or ultimately don't like the item.
Once you have received your item you are free to sell it yourself, but we will not help you sell it.
Shipping conditions and transfer of title
Please note that your package becomes your property as soon as you receive an email notification that we have received the order.
We specify that any losses caused by the shipping company is not our responsibility.
For Tarots and oracles
If one or more cards in the decks have a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 30 days after confirming the sending of an email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. In this email, there should be a brief description of the defects as well as photos. Once we have received your request, we will analyze everything and if it is indeed a manufacturing defect, you will be reimbursed or the game will be replaced.
Please note that we need to contact the creator about the manufacturing defects and see how we can resolve the issue. No other deck can be replaced by our store.
For other articles
If you find that the purchased item has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 30 days after confirmation of dispatch in writing to the following address: email@example.com. In this email, there should be a brief description of the defect as well as photos. Once we have received your request, we will analyze everything and if it is a manufacturing defect, you will be refunded or the item will be replaced.
Return of Products
In the case we agree to refund you, you are responsible for the postage costs for returning the item. Once the product is received, we will not examine it. If the damage is as described by you sent to us, you will receive a full refund, this does not include shipping costs. However, if the object to other damages than those described, you will be refunded only partially (determined according to the amount of the damage). Please also note that if you pay customs and shipping charges, these will not be refunded.
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes charged by the country. The buyer is also responsible and has taken note of the authorization to import tarot or oracle sets in the country where he wishes to receive his package before ordering.
